Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals 
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form. 
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly. 

Payment Policy :
• 30% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.

Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.

Day 01 Arrive Varanasi Pickup from Airport/Ralwaystation  and check-in to Hotel.

At evening, get ready to experience one of the most memorable moments of your life, as you will be taken to River Ganges to enjoy Ganga Aarti. Get a glimpse of the spiritualism at the Ganga Ghats (river front). Night stay at Hotel in Varanasi

Day 02 Varanasi - Sarnath Early morning, we will be taken for a boat ride for about an hour on the River Ganges. It is a mystical and spiritual experience as you watch people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking holy dip in the Ganges.it will cover almost all important Ghats of Varanasi. Come back to hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, we will be taken for an excursion to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. The attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa and the archaeological museum.

Then a fabulous city tour is arranged covering the most religious Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Sankat Mochan Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, BHU etc.

Day 03 Varanasi - Bodhgaya After Breakfast transfer to Bodhgaya Check in Hotel. Later Visit Mahabodhi Temple. Sightseeing places Sita Kund, Janki temple, Haleshwar Asthan, Ram chura(Vaisahali), Bodhi Tree and Overnight stay at Hotel in bodhgaya.

Day 04 Bodhgaya - Gaya - Varanasi Drop to Airport/Railway station After Breakfast transfer to Gaya (12 Kms).Visit Vishnu Temples, Vishnupad Temple is sacred among Hindus and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. According to believers and religious texts, the footprints inside the temple are those of Lord Vishnu.

Visit Japanese Temple, Chinese Temple, TibetanTemple, Phalguna River and drive to Varanasi. Drop to Railway station at allahabad/Varanasi (which ever suits you).
