- Welcome drink on arrival (Non-alcoholic).
- Fuel, Toll Tax, Driver’s Allowance and Parking Charges.
- Assistance to all arrival and departure points by a company representative/driver.
- Complimentary One bottle Mineral water per guest per day.
- All Transfers, Sightseeing & Excursion Tour by Air Conditioned Private Car. Point-to-Point basis, not at disposal.
- All kinds of transport and luxury Taxes.
Exclusions
- 5% GST will be extra on total package cost.
- Personal insurance coverage.

- Any Air & Train Fare.
- Entrances to Monuments.
- Any new tax imposed by the government.
- Any extra meals by you, optional tours other than this package and personal expenses.
- Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities.
- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver/rickshaw pullers.
- Camera charges applicable inside the monuments.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly.
Payment Policy :
• 10% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Price mentioned is on per person basis.
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.
- Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.
- The above rates are based on presently prevailing taxes and entrances to the monuments. If there is any change, prices will also change accordingly.

| Day 01 | Cochin | Arrival at Cochin Airport and proceed to the hotel. The most of the leisure day at the hotel. |
| Day 02 | Cochin - Munnar | Travel to munnar after breakfast on the way to see Cheyappara and Valara Waterfalls. Kerala 's green paradise with endless expanses of tea plantations, spice plantations and flora and fauna varieties. Check in your hill resort and you can visit Munnar town and nearby places and overnight stay at leisure. |
| Day 03 | Munnar | Morning after breakfast proceeding to sightseeing at Mattupetty Dam; a beautiful spot to view the picturesque Munnar, Kundala Lake- a natural lake with leisure facilities such as boating and providing excellent views of Western Ghats as well as the surrounding forest. Visit both the Eco-point and tea plantations. You can visit Eravikulam National Park after noon; where the Nilgiri Tahr endangered is protected. Later drive back to your hotel for Overnight Stay. |
| Day 04 | Munnar - Thekkady | Check out your hotel today after breakfast and drive towards Kerala 's Wildlife destination Thekkady (100 K.M./4 Hrs). It's also known as the state's Spice Jar. To enter this jungle destination you will enjoy a beautiful journey through the hills and valleys of WasternGhat. On the way, visit Gap Road Viewpoint & Periyakanal Waterfalls and Visit the tea, coffee , tea, pepper, and cardamom plantations spice plantation tour. Then we switch to Elephant ride(optional) and then have an incredible boat ride in Periyar Lake that flows through the tiger reserve of Periyar. You're going to have a chance to watch the wild animals including elephant, bison, sambar, deer etc wander the two coasts. Optional evening shows Kathakali and Kalarippayattu, and at night visit the local spice market for fresh garden spices. Overnight stay at Thekkady. |
| Day 05 | Thekkady - Alleppey | From Alleppey in the morning after breakfast (160 K.M. / 5 hrs). At midday check-in at the house boat in Alleppey, the house boat is a private boat with fully equipped spacious bathrooms attached to the bunk, private balcony, dining room, hygienic kitchen and side decks to capture the beauty of the sea. 22 Hour boating house in the famed Kerala backwaters. You will experience a wide variety of life and events along the way, including some mind-boggling sceneries. As the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwaters, rivers and canals, sit back and relax. Welcome beer, lunch, Tea / Coffee Evening with snacks, dinner and breakfast are served on board. Enjoy your evening on sand and shore coated with sunshine. Overnight stay at House Boat will be a unique experience. |
| Day 06 | Alleppey - Cochin | Moving to Cochin for the sightseeing inFort Kochi and Mattanchery after breakfast from house ferry. The major tourist attractions include St. Francis Church, Vasco Building, Chinese fishing nets in Santa Cruz Basilica, Fort Kochi beach walkway and Jewish Synagouge, Mattanchery Palace and Jewish area. Lunch and a rest at the hotel. Visit to Marine Drive for the evening. It is a popular hangout location facing the backwater. And shopping in the evening and sleeping at the hotel overnight. |
| Day 07 | Cochin - Departure | Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel, later we travel to Cochin International Airport for your flight back home, feeling happy about a wonderful vacation you've spent in the "God's Own World". |
