- All charges for tour guides and leaders.
- Support vehicles to carry luggage.
- Spare parts and experienced mechanic.
- All taxes (wherever applicable).
Exclusions
- Personal insurance coverage.
(personal loss, illness or damages incurred during trip)
- Any Air Fare.
- Any new tax imposed by the government.
- Rafting charges.
- Riding gears of any kind.
- Heater charges.
- Any extra meals by you, optional tours other than this package and personal expenses.
- Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities.
- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Payment Policy :
• 10% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.
- The above rates are based on presently prevailing taxes and entrances to the monuments. If there is any change, prices will also change accordingly.
- You will receive a confirmation at the time of booking.
- Meals served at hotel/restaurant are on fixed menu-basis and do not offer any soft drinks alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, or mineral water. A customer can directly purchase the same through additional spot payment.

| Day 01 | Arrive in Leh |
Get into the spirit by boarding an early morning flight from Delhi, on the incredible Royal Enfield bike tour to Ladakh. Enjoy air views of Ladakh's snow-capped peaks and magical valleys before you get to Leh Airport. When you reach the airport you will be guided to the nearest hotel by our bike guides and instructors to get you check in. After that, the rest of the day you should spend at maximum enjoyment in order to get the high altitude and climates acclimated. Inland line licences can also be purchased today for non-Indian riders. The whole community will take the short trip to learn the landscape and the bike and will stay oversight at the hotel in the late afternoon. |
| Day 02 | Leh Local Sightseeing Of Sangam River-hall Of Fame-magnetic Hill-pathar Sahib | After breakfast carry on to Indus Zanskar River Sangam, drive along the visiting Indus River, Pathar Sahib Gurdwara and Magnetic Hill (where the cars defy gravity), Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and Leh Hall of Fame (which has a memorabilia museum of the Kargil War). Overnight stay at the hotel. |
| Day 03 | Leh To Nubra Valley Via Khardong La World Highest Mortable Pass | The views from the top of the pass are amazing after an early breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardongla Pass (18,380 ft) the world's highest motorized road and gateway to Siachen Glacier. Visit Deskit Monastery (118 kms) established in 1420 A.D. by the Lama Sherab Zangpo. Check-in at camp or hotel and visit Hunder sand dune in the evening for camel riding, Cultural display and other activities. Dinner and overnight at Hotel/Camp in Nubra. |
| Day 04 | Nubra Valley To Pangong Lake Via Shayok Valley |
After breakfast we drive through Shyok and TangTse and Spangmik (Pangong) towards Pangong Lake. It's a short cut and a beautiful itinerary. The path crosses the river Shyok and climbs up a mountain before eventually heading down to the village of Shayok. It took us less than an hour to get to Shayok and we were pleased with the sight of the very large village surrounded by barren mountains, the whole setting being rather picturesque. At the shooting point near the lake, in the evening visit. Overnight stay at camp.
