- Breakfast and dinner throughout the tour.
- Inner Line Permit wherever applicable.
- One 350/500cc Royal Enfield motorcycle for each rider.
- Airport pickup and drop.
- All charges for tour guides and leaders.
- Support vehicles to carry luggage.
- Spare parts and experienced mechanic.
- All taxes (wherever applicable).
Exclusions
- Personal insurance coverage.
(personal loss, illness or damages incurred during trip)
- Any Air Fare.
- Any new tax imposed by the government.
- Rafting charges.
- Riding gears of any kind.
- Heater charges.
- Any extra meals by you, optional tours other than this package and personal expenses.
- Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities.
- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Payment Policy :
• 10% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.
- The above rates are based on presently prevailing taxes and entrances to the monuments. If there is any change, prices will also change accordingly.
- You will receive a confirmation at the time of booking.
- Meals served at hotel/restaurant are on fixed menu-basis and do not offer any soft drinks alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, or mineral water. A customer can directly purchase the same through additional spot payment.

| Day 01 | Delhi - Manali | |
| Day 02 | Manali | After arrival in Manali the next morning, you will be received and transported to the hotel by operations staff. Team briefing with high tea-3 pm (post registration / access to fuel & helmet bikes) Manali Local (Solang Valley (1hr), ride via Manali – Leh highway, ride to old Manali). Riding roughly 30kms. Dinner commences at 7:30 pm. |
| Day 03 | Manali - Jispa (135 Kms) | Post Breakfast-07:45 with our bikes & safety gears primed. From Manali to Kothi (20 minutes tea break) start at 8.00 am. Marhi pulls over at Rohtang Crossing, passing Gulaba. Around 55 kms away. Lunch break at Khoksar (1 hr break) Ride along Chenab River, via Sissu, Bargul, Tandi & Keylong Break Point. 45kms, Ride along the river Bhag via Kawaring, Gemur, Jispa. 35kms, arrival at the tent, dinner begins at 7:30 pm, stay in Jispa. |
| Day 04 | Jispa - Sarchu (100 Kms) |
Post Breakfast-07:45 with our bikes & safety gears primed. 08:00 Starting at 45 kms from Jispa to Darcha-Patseu-Zing Zing bar (Break Time). Ride on Manali-Leh highway our next stop will be the Bara-lacha pass in the Zanskar area (20-minute break)-35 km. Ride through the tent colony of Bharatpur towards Kelong Sari (20 minute break). 20kms, arrival at the tent site, dinner begins at 7.30 pm, stay in Sarchu-20 kms away.

| Day 05 | Sarchu - Leh (255 Kms) | Post Breakfast-07:45 with our bikes & safety gears primed. 08:00 from Sarchu to Pang, on Keylong-Leh highway along the river Tsarap. Ride through Gata loops — Biskynala — Lungalachala (break for lunch & break on Pang land) 80kms, Ride through Pang field — Meero — Debring — Rumtse — Gya (break 20 minutes each) — 90kms, Ride through Gya to Upshi — break point for permission & photograph — 35kms, Ride along Indus River, Upsh i- Karu — Changa — Rambirpor — Thikse Monastery — Shey Monastery Leh — 50kms, Arrival at the hotel Dinner starts at 07:30 pm, stay at Leh. |
| Day 06 | Leh - Khardugla – Nubra Valley (170 Kms) |
Post Breakfast-8 am ready with our bikes & safety gears to Ride to Nubra Valley via Khardongla Pass (18,380 ft) the worlds highest motorway and gateway to Siachen Glacier, the views from the top of the pass are amazing. Visit Deskit Monastery (118 kms) established in 1420 A.D. by the Lama Sherab Zangpo. Check-in at camp or hotel and then visit Hundar village (7 km from Deskit) and Double-Humped Bactrian Camel Safari in sand dunes between Hundar villages and Deskit. Dinner and overnight at Camp in Nubra.

| Day 07 | Nubra Valley To Pangong Lake Via Shayok (170 Km) | Post Breakfast – 07:45 with our bikes & safety gears primed. 8 am Start Riding from Pangong Lake via Shyok to Tang Tse and Spangmik (Pangong) to the next destination. It's a short cut and a beautiful itinerary. The road follows the river Shyok, and climbs a mountain before finally descending into the village of Shayok. It took us less than an hour to get to Shayok and we were pleased with the sight of the very large village surrounded by barren mountains, the whole setting being rather picturesque. We hit Pangong Lake in the afternoon, and enjoy your day at Pangong Lake. Overnight stay at camp. |
| Day 08 | Pangong Lake - Leh (185 Kms) | Post Breakfast – 07:45 with our bikes & safety gears primed. 8 Continue riding from Lake Pangong to Changla. Riding on Pangong Lake Road 70kms (Breakpoint). Karu Changla. 65 Kms (Break) Last phase of the day-50kms from Karu to Leh, Arrival at the hotel Dinner starts at 7 30 Pm, stay at Leh. |
| Day 09 | Leh - Sarchu (255 Kms) | Post Breakfast – 07:45 with our bikes & safety gears primed. Adityakach8 Start from Leh to Karu-Upshi-50kms, Ride through Upshi-Pang ground Lunch break & Break on Pang ground)-125kms, Ride through Pang ground-Gata loops-Sarchu (Break 20 minutes each)-80kms. Arrival at the tent Site, Dinner starts at 7:30 Pm, stay Sarchu. |
| Day 10 | Sarchu - Manali (235 Kms) | Post Breakfast – 07:45 with our bikes & safety gears primed. - 8 Start from Sarchu - Bara-lacha pass - Zing Zing bar - 55kms, ride through Zing Zing bar - Jispa - Keylong - 125 kms, ride through Keylong - Rotang - Kothi - Manali - 55 km, Arrival at the hotel, 5 pm. Dinner starts at 7.30 Pm, stay Manali. |
