- Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities.
- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver/rickshaw pullers.
- Camera charges applicable inside the monuments.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly.
Payment Policy :
• 30% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Price mentioned is on per person basis.
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.
- Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.

Day 01 | Arrive New Delhi (by flight) | Our representative will greet you at the New Delhi airport and transport you to your hotel, where you will be assisted in checking in. He'll also give you all of your travel documents and explain everything to you. Overnight stay is at the hotel. |
Day 02 | New Delhi – Corbett (275 Kms, 5- hour drive) | After an early breakfast, drive 275 kilometers (5 hours) to Corbett National Park. Change into the safari vehicle at the park entrance. Prepare to meet some forest dwellers by bringing your camera equipment. Overnight stay is at the hotel. |
Day 03 | Corbett National Park | Start your morning jeep safari as soon as the sun rises. The land of the Roar, Trumpet, and Song has been aptly described as Corbett. It depicts a breathtakingly beautiful scene. The inauguration of Project Tiger in India was held in Corbett, which is a proud distinction. The Reserve's rich biodiversity can be attributed in part to the variety of habitats found here. The Reserve contains both Himalayan and peninsular flora and fauna due to its location in the foothills of the central Himalayas. After lunch, go on a jeep safari to the national park in the afternoon. At the forest rest house, you'll get all of your meals and spend the night. |
Day 04 | Corbett National Park | Jeep safaris in the morning and afternoon, meals, and overnight at the Forest Rest House. The first and best park in India, covering 520 square kilometers. The park was first named Hailey National Park on August 8, 1936, after Sir Malcolm Hailey, the governor of the United Provinces at the time. In 1952, the name was changed to Ramganga National Park. |
Day 05 | Corbett – Agra (by surface – 310 Kms, 7-hour drive) | After your early morning jeep safari and breakfast, drive to Agra. Upon arrival in Agra, check-in at your hotel. Evening at your leisure and overnight at your hotel in Agra. |
Day 06 | Agra – Bharatpur (210 kms, 5-hour drive) | After sunrise, visit the Taj Mahal, a famous white marble mausoleum built by the Moghul emperor Shah Jehan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal in the mid-seventeenth century. Skilled craftsmen from Persia, Turkey, France, and Italy, as well as 20,000 laborers, worked for 17 years to build this edifice, which was completed in 1652. After lunch, travel to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, also known as Keoladeo National Park, a birdwatcher's paradise. More than 400 species of water birds call Keoladeo Ghana National Park, also known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, home. The park is one of the best in the area, and it provides an ideal habitat for birds. The lightly wooded and swampy terrain covers 29 square kilometers. This bird sanctuary used to be a private shooting and hunting preserve for the Maharaja of Bharatpur's Royal Family. It is now a protected breeding ground for a variety of bird species. Visit the Keoladeo National Park in the evening. In Bharatpur, stay at the lodge for dinner and the night. |
Day 07 | Bharatpur- Ranthambore (210kms, 5-hour drive) | Drive to Ranthambore National Park after a morning excursion to the Keoladeo bird sanctuary. Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve, in the Indian state of Rajasthan, is divided into distinct areas with varying conservation histories and is virtually geographically separated from the core, Ranthambhore National Park, by only a few narrow corridors. The Ranthambhore is the most famous of these. Ranthambhore is also home to around 300 different bird species. In fact, Ranthambhore and the surrounding area are a birdwatcher's paradise. Large Cormorant, Painted Spurfowl, Sarus Crane, bronzed winged Jacana, Sandpiper, Kingfisher, Nightjar, Painted Sandgrouse, Great Horned Owl, and many more regular winter migrants migrate to Ranthambhore and surrounding areas from their nesting grounds north of the Himalayas. Dinner and overnight at the Ranthambore lodge upon arrival. |

Day 10 | Ranthambore – Jaipur (180 Kms, 4 Hrs. drive) | Morning game drives in Ranthambore. Today, take morning jeep safari into Ranthambore National Park, later check-out and drive to Jaipur. On arrival check into hotel and evening free for leisure activities. Overnight stay is at the hotel in Jaipur. |
Day 11 | Jaipur | This morning, drive 11 kilometers to the outskirts of the city and stop at Jal Mahal to visit Amber Fort, the state's ancient capital until 1728. Visit the Kali Temple, the Victory Hall, or the Jai Mahal. The Observatory, the Palace of Winds, and the City Palace and Museum will all be visited later. The museum has an interesting textile section with former Maharajas and Maharanis of Jaipur's dresses and costumes. Beautiful carpets, enamelled ornaments, precious and semi-precious stones, brass ornaments, and a variety of other arts and crafts are all popular in Jaipur. In the evening, spend time haggling and looking for souvenirs in the crowded lanes and by lanes of pink city. Overnight stay at the hotel. |
Day 12 | Jaipur – New Delhi (by road 260 kms 5 hrs drive) | After relaxed breakfast drive back to New Delhi 260 kms, 5 hrs. drive. On arrival check in to hotel Overnight stay at the hotel in New Delhi. |
Day 13 | New Delhi Fly back home | After breakfast transfer to International airport to board flight back home or onward destinations. |
