- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver/rickshaw pullers.
- Camera charges applicable inside the monuments.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly.
Payment Policy :
• 30% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Price mentioned is on per person basis.
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.
- Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.

| Day 01 | Arrive New Delhi (by flight) | Our representative will greet you at the New Delhi airport and transport you to your hotel, where you will be assisted in checking in. He'll also give you all of your travel documents and explain everything to you. Overnight stay is at the hotel. |
| Day 02 | New Delhi – Raipur – Kanha (flight + 200 kms/4 hrs drive) | At 0650 hrs, board a flight to Raipur, where you will arrive at 0840 hours. Meet at the airport and drive 220 kilometers (4 hours drive) to Kanha National Park. Check into the resort when you arrive. After lunch, take a jeep safari to the national park in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort. Kanha's sal and bamboo forests, undulating grasslands, and flowing streams cover 940 square kilometers and comprise the heart of the Kanha Tiger Reserve, which was established in 1974 as part of Project Tiger. The park is the only place where the rare hardground Barasingha may be found (Cervus Duvaceli Branderi). |
| Day 03 | Kanha National Park | Wake up at 0500 hours, have a cup of tea or coffee with some biscuits, and head to the National Park for a morning safari. Continue your search for the rare Tiger if you haven't already seen one, and take in the fresh, energetic atmosphere. Around 1130 hours, return from Safari. Lunch will be served when you have freshened up. Because the national park is closed for afternoon safari today, we'll take you on a nature walk in the buffer forest. This is a 7-kilometer trek in the wilderness along a river. It's also good for birding and mammal watching. If you want to, you can go for a brief walk as well. Return from your walk at 5 p.m. If you don't want to go, we can go to a nearby tribal hamlet to see how they live. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge. |
| Day 04 | Kanha National Park | Morning and evening game drives in Kanha. Today, take morning and evening jeep safaris into Kanha National Park, which is known as India's best-managed wildlife reserve. Overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 05 | Kanha – Raipur – Kolkata (220 kms/4-hrs drive + Flight) | Morning jeep safari in the park. Later, at 1130 am, drive 220 kilometers (4 hours) to Raipur airport to board a flight at 1705 a.m., arriving in Kolkata at 1825 a.m. On arrival at Kolkata airport, you will be greeted and assisted, followed by a transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel. |
| Day 06 | Kolkata – Guwahati – Kaziranga (Flight + 250 kms/5-hrs drive) | Transfer to the airport in the early morning for a flight at 0625 hrs. Meeting and assistance at the Guwahati airport at 0740 hrs, followed by a 250 km/5 hour drive to Kaziranga National Park. Afternoon jeep safari to the national park and lunch at the resort. Dinner and overnight at Resort. |
| Day 07 | Kaziranga National Park | Morning and afternoon jeep safaris to the national park. Breakfast and lunch at the Resort. Kaziranga National Park is one of the last remaining unspoiled areas in eastern India. It is home to the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as tiger, elephant, water buffalo, gaur, leopard cat, otter, and monitor lizard. The flamingo, crane, grey-headed fishing eagle, whistling teal, crested serpent eagle, open-billed stork, swamp partridge, osprey, cormorant, heron, and marsh harrier are some of the birds commonly seen. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort. |

| Day 09 | Kaziranga – Guwahati – New Delhi (250 kms/5 hrs drive+ Flight) | After a morning jeep safari in the national park, drive 250 kilometers to Guwahati, where you will board a flight at 1850 hrs and arrive in New Delhi at 2145 hrs. On arrival at the New Delhi airport, you will be greeted and assisted, followed by a transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel. |
| Day 10 | New Delhi – Agra (by road 220 Kms, 4-hour drive) | After breakfast, drive to Agra (220 km, 4 hours) and check into your hotel. Later, visit the red sandstone AGRA FORT, and then visit Mehtab Bagh in the evening to see the Taj Mahal at sunset. Overnight at the hotel in Agra. |
| Day 11 | Agra – Jaipur (by road 242 Kms, 4.5-hour drive) | After sunrise, visit the Taj Mahal, a famous white marble mausoleum built by the Moghul emperor Shah Jehan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal in the mid-seventeenth century. Skilled craftsmen from Persia, Turkey, France, and Italy, as well as 20,000 laborers, worked for 17 years to build this edifice, which was completed in 1652. Check out of the hotel after a leisurely breakfast. [On Fridays, the Taj is closed.] After that, drive to Jaipur, which is 242 kilometers and takes 4.5 hours. Check into the hotel when you arrive. Overnight at Jaipur. |
| Day 12 | Jaipur | This morning, drive 11 kilometers to the outskirts of the city and stop at Jal Mahal to visit Amber Fort, the state's ancient capital until 1728. Visit the Kali Temple, the Victory Hall, or the Jai Mahal. The Observatory, the Palace of Winds, and the City Palace and Museum will all be visited later. The museum has an interesting textile section with former Maharajas and Maharanis of Jaipur's dresses and costumes. Beautiful carpets, enamelled ornaments, precious and semi-precious stones, brass ornaments, and a variety of other arts and crafts are all popular in Jaipur. In the evening, spend time haggling and looking for souvenirs in the crowded lanes and by lanes of pink city. Overnight stay at the hotel. |
| Day 13 | New Delhi fly back | Morning free for leisure. During the day transfer to the International Airport to board a flight back home. |
