- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver/rickshaw pullers.
- Camera charges applicable inside the monuments.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly.
Payment Policy :
• 10% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Price mentioned is on per person basis.
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.
- Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.
- The above rates are based on presently prevailing taxes and entrances to the monuments. If there is any change, prices will also change accordingly.

- Meals served at hotel/restaurant are on fixed menu-basis and do not offer any soft drinks alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, or mineral water. A customer can directly purchase the same through additional spot payment.

Day 01 | Arrival at Leh / Local Sightseeing | Arrival in Leh, at 3500 metres above sea level, meeting at our airport representative and move to your hotel in the city of Leh, between 3 and 4 km. Upon arrival, go to your rooms and rest so that you can fully acclimatise yourself to the high altitudes of Ladakh. The Leh Palace is a former palace overlooking the Ladakhi Himalayan town of Leh. The sightseeing visit is a former royal palace. The palace was built in 17th century by King Sengge Namgyal, based on the Potala Palace in Lhasa in Tibet. The upper floors were the royal family and the lower floors had stalls and storerooms. The house is nine stories high. Afterwards, the Shanti Stupa is a Buddhist white-dome stupa (chorten), built in 1991 by Japanese buddhist Bhikshu Gyomyo Nakamura on the hilltop of Chanspa district of Leh. The Shanti Stupa contains the Buddha's relics, which the 14th Dalai Lama himself enshrines. Free walk to Leh Bazaar for shopping, overnight stay at Hotel at Leh, driving to Sangkar, then after enjoying the night. |
Day 02 | Full Day Tour to Shaam Valley | After breakfast at Hotel leave Alchi is a village is famous for the existence of one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh (a national heritage) Alchi Monastery, mainly known for its magnificent, and well-preserved 11th- or 12th-century wall paintings, all in an Indo-Himalayan style.then to Uletokopo, visit to Likir, Likir It is perhaps most famous for the nearby Klu-kkhyil (meaning "water spirits") Gompa. The Likir Monastery was first built in the 11th century and was rebuilt in the 18th century, and currently has a 25-foot-tall (7.6 m) gold-covered Buddha statue. Return back to leh after enjoyed your day on the way to leh visit Hall Of Fame (The Hall of Fame is a glorious museum constructed by the Indian Army. It is worth a visit for every citizen. You can see the memorabilia, eminent defense personalities with biographies, images and weapons used during the Kargil and other key strategic battles fought in Ladakh) Magnetic Hill (Defying the Law of gravity. This place is close to the Gurudwara Shri Pathar Sahib. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up-hill that’s the Believe it or not of Ladakh) Pathar Sahab (The Shrine known as Gurudwara Shri Pathar sahib, On your way back, visit Spituk Monastery (Kali Mata Temple) later reach leh for overnight stay in Hotel. |
Day 03 | Leh - Nubra Valley | After breakfast at Hotel drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung-la Pass (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. Upon arrival in Nubra we check in at our Camp / Hotel in Hunder for Overnight stay. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. A visit to a Ladakhi home can be arranged. Day 04 | Nubra Valley - Pangong Lake | After an early breakfast we check out from Camp or hotel and drive towards Hunder where you have opportunity to ride on a bacterian camel (double humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high altitude desert with snowcapped mountains on the horizon. Between Hunder and Diskit you come across sand dunes besides the road. Seen in isolation you could well be amongst the sand dunes of the Thar Desert in Rajasthan. It is indeed a strange sight since immediately on the left of the road is Rocky Mountains that characterize the Ladakhi landscape and in the distance can be seen snow-capped mountains. On the return stop at Diskit which is the headquarter town of Nubra Valley. Stroll around the bazaar observing the shops and local people going about their daily chores. Diskit is famous for 515 years old Buddhist Monastery, lying magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire Valley. Later we drive towards Pangong Tso via Agham & Shyok Valley. Some of the road patches in areas are extremely tough (towards nubra side) in terms of road conditions but no doubt the journey is very scenic! Later after crossing this adventurous part we drive further towards Durbuk &Tangtse for Pangong you pass through few small villages of Changthang and finally you can have a sudden view of the Pangong lake situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). This famous blue brackish Lake of Pangong is 5/6 Kms wide and over 133 Kms long with half of its running the other side of the “Indo China Border”. One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. After the success of 3 Idiots, this beautiful natural location has attracted more tourists from all over the world. Upon arrival we check in at our Camp Near Pangong lake. Day 05 | Pangong Lake - Leh Airport | After breakfast drive back towards to Leh by crossing Chang-la Pass (The world's third highest motorable road 5360 m). overnight stay in Hotel at Leh. |
Day 06 | Drop Leh Airport | After breakfast you will be transferred to Leh Airport to catch flight for onward destination with sweet Holiday memories. |
