Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals 
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form. 
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly. 

Payment Policy :
• 10% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.

Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.

- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.

- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.

- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.

Tour Itinerary

Day Destination Description
Day 01 Jammu/Srinagar Pick up from Jammu Railway Station / Airport / Hotel and travel to Srinagar. Upon arrival, transfer to Hotel / Houseboat. Then, Shikara rides over the lake. Enjoy the beauty that God has endowed this often comparable city with Venice. You'll get a look at some really cool locations across the lake. Overnight at the hotel/Houseboat.
Day 02 Srinagar Local Sightseeing Built in the 17th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan and 'Shalimar' (Abode of Love) built in the 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehar-un-Nissa) and 'Cheshmashahi' (Royal Spring) is one of the Mughal Gardens built by Ali Mardan Khan in 1632 AD. Then visit the Temple of Shankarchariya from 1st century BC. HouseboaT/Hotel overnight stay.
Day 03 Day Trip to Gulmarg "Flower's Meadow" is a popular ski resort & the world's highest 18 hole golf course. Fancy riding your own cable car / horse ride. Overnight at the hotel/Houseboat.
Day 04 Day Trip to Pahalgam Excursion to Pahalgam (Kashmir Vale) in full day after breakfast. On the way visit Saffron fields, Awantipura ruins and Anantnag sulpher spring. Pahalgam is the most celebrated place of the Indian Film Industry. Discover Nature 's charm in the Lidder Valley. The evening, back to Srinagar. Overnight at the hotel/Houseboat.
Day 05 Srinagar/Sonamarg Aftet breakfast drive to Sonamarg, "Gold's Meadow" Located in Sindh Valley, surrounded by thick forests / rough mountains, it is a place of awe-inspiring beauty. On arrival move to hotel. Experience horseback riding/hiking. Overnight stay at Sonamarg Hotel.
Day 06 Sonamarg After breakfast, one can visit Thajiwas Glacier, Zero Point, and Fish Point alone. Overnight stay at Sonamarg Hotel.
Day 07 Sonamarg/Kargil After breakfast drive to Kargil via the Jozila Pass. After crossing the pass Drass will reach the Ashian 3rd most cool place and there is the Tololin Hills opposite the drass market then drive for kargil on the way to see the memory of war in 1999 after reaching kargil, transfer to the hotel in Kargil for overnight stays.
Day 08 Kargil/Leh via Lamayuru Moon Land sees the world-famous moon land after a breakfast drive to Leh via Lamayuru, and then drives to Leh. Along the way hit Sangam Point Magnetic Hills. Transfer to the Hotel on arrival at Leh.
Day 09 Explore Indus Valley On this day you'll be going for a sightseeing trip to some of the most famous ancient monasteries in this country. Shey Gompa is about 15 kilometers from Leh, Thiksey Gompa, about 17 kilometers from Leh and Hemis Monastery near Shey, about 45 kilometers south of Leh it is the most famous monastery in Ladakh, and the highest. Sindhu Ghard Darshan on Holy Indus River. Amir Khan School, or 3 Idiot Shooting School. Overnight at Leh Hotel.
Day 10 Leh/Nubra After breakfast drive to Nubra-known as flowers valley for around 04-05 hours (125 kms). We can hit the highest motorized road in the country, named Khardongla high above sea level, about 18380 feet after driving about 02 hours. From the top we can see the most spectacular view of Indus Valley and its snow-covered peaks soaring the sky and other side of the pass if the weather stays clear we can also see the mountain range and peaks of Karakorum. We walk down to the beautiful valley & move to the accommodation, have a rest until evening, before sunset we take you for a short drive to Hunder sand dunes to visit & ride double humped bacterium camel (On its own expense), later back to the Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11 Nubra/Leh Take a breakfast to the most picturesque Disket Monastery on top of a hill. Then drive back to Leh and Overnight at Hotel via Khardongla.
Day 12 Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh (296 Kms) After an early breakfast, leave for the en-route crossing at Pangong Lake 17,570 Fts at Changla Pass. Lake Pangong, at 4267 m (13930 ft). It will take about five hours to get there. A long , narrow inland drainage basin with only six to seven kilometers at its widest point and over 125 km long. It is bisected by the international border between India and China. A few years ago, the government decided to open it to tourists, although the lake and surrounding area are under military supervision. Love the scenery in the back drop of the Sea. One never feels so connected to nature and the atmosphere and the scenery is unforgettable. Return to Leh. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 13 Leh/Delhi/Home In the morning drive to airport, to connect flight to Delhi. A flight back home would then be moved to the International Airport, as planned.
