- Telephone Charges, Liquors and expenses on personal nature items.
- Airport Taxes, Visa Fees & Tips to the tour guide/driver/rickshaw pullers.
- Camera charges applicable inside the monuments.
- Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary.
- Any other item not specified in the package inclusions.
Child Policy :
• Below 5 yrs. : Complimentary with day bed. Mattress, if taken will be charged as per actuals
• Between 5 to 12 yrs. : Rates as mentioned in the Booking Form.
• Child Above 12 yrs. : Will be treated as adult & charged accordingly.
Payment Policy :
• 10% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy:
• Once vouchers are sent, any cancellation of rooms - 01 Night retention would be charged for the number of rooms cancelled.
• Free cancellation up to 45 days prior to departure.
• 44 – 40 days before departure: 25% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• 39 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.
Good to Know
- Price mentioned is on per person basis.
- Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel.
- Cancellation charges as per company policy.
- AC will be switched off in the hills.
- Room category in all packages are the base category rooms.
- The above rates are not applicable from 20th December to 10th January every year.
- Package rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Christmas and New Year gala dinner charges are on direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
- Check-In 1400 hrs and Check-Out time is 1200 hrs noon at all the hotels.
- The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check-in at the hotel.
- Customers are allowed to early check-in for a booking by paying extra charges to the hotel.
- In case of waitlisted booking we have to hold the alternate, for which we will advice the supplement OR reduction accordingly.

Tour Itinerary
| Day 01: Arrival in Chandigarh | Chandigarh to Shimla (200 Kms/5 Hrs) You'd be boarding a drive from Chandigarh to Shimla, one of North India's best hilly retreats and summer gateways. Once India 's summer capital (during the British rule period), Shimla offers a pleasant respite from the scorching heat of summer. Make way to the hotel by arriving in Shimla. The rest of the day would be at leisure, so spend it just as you like. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay, whenever you wish to relax. Day 02: Half Day Excursion to Kufri Today, you would be proceeding for a half day excursion to Kufri (2500mts) to explore its famous attractions. 16 kilometres from Shimla, Kufri gained importance for hosting winter sports. When in Kufri, you could visit two of its famous attractions like - Indira Bungalow & the Himalayan Zoo. You could also take a hike or opt for a pony ride up to Mashu Peak. After savouring the natural beauty of Kufri, you would be dropped at the Shimla Mall Road (in the second half of the day), which you could explore at your own pace. One of the most prominent attractions of Shimla, Mall Road enfolds some of the famous restaurants, hotels, shops and sightseeing attractions like Shimla Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, and Town Hall. In the evening, whenever you wish to relax, return to the hotel for an overnight stay. Note: Pony ride at Kufri are on direct payment basis. Day 03: Shimla to Manali (250 Kms/08 Hours) Today, you would be proceeding for Manali. Make way to the hotel by arriving in Manali. The rest of the day would be at leisure return to the hotel for an overnight stay. Day 04: Manali - Excursion to Solang Valley/Rohtang Pass Start your day early in the morning and go on a trip to Solang Valley, 13 kilometers from Manali City. Solang Valley is best known for its snow-capped mountain peaks, alluring glaciers and fine ski slopes? S the perfect Himachal Pradesh ski destination. You can also opt for adventure sports such as paragliding, zorbing and skiing at an additional cost when you're in Solang Valley (all activities are subject to weather conditions). After an exciting day of sight-seeing and adventure sports, come back for an overnight stay at the Manali hotel. Please Note: All adventure sports at Solang Valley and Snow Suits at Snow Point are payable directly. Also, if you want to visit Rohtang Pass, we'll take you to the local taxi stand where you can get direct payment for the local taxi. Government has restricted the number of vehicles that daily enter Rohtang. Rohtang visit is payable directly according to the availability of the permit & weather conditions and can be booked locally at Manali. Day 05: Manali Half Day Sightseeing Wake up to bird call and beautiful sunrise. Start your day with a half day Manali sightseeing tour. First you would visit the Temple of Hidimba. Hidimba Temple is a sight to behold, made of woods amidst exquisite beauties of forest parkland. Pay your respects at the famous Temple of Hidimba, then head to Tibetan Monasteries. Go for a stroll around the monasteries and get to know the Tibetan people's rich culture and history that has settled in Kullu and Manali. Here you could also visit some of the shops at these monasteries to buy beautiful handicrafts made by Tibetans. Going further, you'd also be visiting the Vashisht Kund, known for its piped and cemented therapeutic hot springs for a public bath. You can either return to the hotel for an overnight stay after the tour or explore the city at your own pace. Day 06: Manali to Chandigarh (310 Kms/8Hrs) Check-out from the hotel and head towards Chandigarh. It's time to go home armed with an enriching experience and memories that will last a lifetime. Note the distance from Manali to Chandigarh and plan your check-out according to your journey onward. |
