Payment Policy:
• 30% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 48 hours prior to trip start.

Cancellation Policy:
• Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to activity departure.
• 3 – 2 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the same day, 100% of the tour will be charged as cancellation fee.

- A count of hours/kilometres will be calculated from start-end point.
- Monument entry fees are not a part of the package.
- The Timings of the tour is 8 hours (9 AM – 5 PM) and 80 Kms. Additional Charges for additional hours/time will be charged accordingly (i.e. Rs.200/- Per Hour for Tata Indica/Indigo, Rs.250/- Per Hour for Toyota Etios, Rs.300/- Per Hour for Toyota Innova & Rs. 500/- for Tempo Traveller)(Rs.10/- Per Km for Tata Indica/Indigo, Rs.12/- Per Km for Toyota Etios, Rs.15/- Per Km for Toyota Innova & Rs.24/- Per Km for Tempo Traveller).
- Customers are liable to pay any outstanding amount on the ground directly to the driver in the form of cash.
- Avoid eating your meals or snacks inside the car, it is strictly prohibited.
- The driver will not be the guide for the tour.
- The driver and cab details will be shared with you 2 to 4 hours prior to the tour start time.
- The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or specified pick up point. Please enter the full pick up address at the booking form.
- For the sightseeing with guide variant, one seat has to be occupied by the guide in the vehicle .
- Avoid starting late for this tour to avoid the closure of some of the monuments.
- Please note that some of the inclusions might miss out due to the traffic constraints, no refund shall be liable for the same .
- Coordinate with the driver before the trip starts for no hassles.
- The sequence of the monuments can be decided after pick-up (depending upon traffic).
- The driver will know the local language, English speaking driver can be requested for during the booking in “Additional Request” section, though the same cannot be promised.
- Pick up and drop off has to be in the same location (If different, Additional charges will be charged accordingly).
- The guests may choose to skip or add a new place to the itinerary.
- Hatchback (4-seater) models provided are Tata Indica or Toyota Etios Liva or Suzuki WagonR or similar.
- Sedan (4-seater) models provided are Suzuki Swift Dzire or Toyota Etios or Hyundai Xcent or similar.
- SUV (6-seater) models provided are Toyota Innova or Mahindra Marrazo or Suzuki Ertiga or similar.

The standard time to start the tour is 09:00 AM. However, you can select your own time. Mehrangarh Fort First place on our tour to Jodhpur, Mehrangarh Fort is one of India's largest forts and contains numerous palaces. If you plan to see all of India's wonderful places, Mehrangarh Fort certainly should be on your list. Their sculpted walls and huge patios are famous for these palaces. This place has not only a rich history, it also saves and exhibits everything in its museums that are havens of history for all. A trip to Mehrangarh Fort will not only be fun but also a visit to the rich heritage of Rajasthan. 2. Jaswant Thada The next location to visit in Jodhpur Local Trip is Jaswant Thada, built by Maharaja Sardar Singh in remembrance of his father Jaswant Singh II. It is a cenotaph made of thin polished marble sheets, beautifully sculpted and almost as if they are glowing, that reflect light. Sardar Government Museum The next stop on the city tour is the museum named after Sardar Singh, a Maharaja of Jodhpur. It is situated in the Public Park, also referred to as Ummed Bagh. The museum is divided into four main areas: archaeological, armorial, artistic and historical, with many interesting aspects. Mandore Gardens The city was once the capital of Jodhpur, the princely state that then changed into Marwar, today's Jodhpur city, and it's a great place to spend time. The former capital's gardens are now known as the Abandoned Mandore Gardens. Mandore is considered a birthplace of Queen Mandodari, Ravana's wife, the evil King's Hindu antagonist, Ramayana. This was known as Madavyapur at that time. 6. Shopping at Old City Clock Tower The Old City Clock Tower, also called the Ghanta Ghar is located in a market area named after Maharaja Sardar Singh. Shops near the tower are great for shopping and all your shopping bags can be thrown into your private cab. This bazaar offers great shopping for candy, silver and crafts. The bazaar has shops that also sell spices and vegetables. In the north and south ends, the vibrant Sardar market is characterized by three gates which are often considered as the commercial heart of the old town.
